Put your flyer on Channel 7

Send us a flyer for city or school news, or for a community event. Once it's approved, it plays on Access Aberdeen (Channel 7) for the dates you choose.

Channel 7 carries the Aberdeen Public School District name. It is for city news, school news, and community events.

Welcome
  • City and school news and announcements
  • Community events open to the public, including events that charge admission
  • Community events put on by churches or religious groups, such as a community dinner, concert, or festival
Not accepted
  • Personal advertising, such as selling items, promoting a business, or offering services
  • Religious advertising, such as promoting a church, faith, or membership
  • Anything that could cause problems for the school district

Everything on Channel 7 is seen as coming from the school district. We will not air anything that could cause problems for our schools, and the district may decline any flyer.

How it will look on TV
  • Big, simple text reads best from across a room. Use 3 or 4 lines at most.
  • Tall flyers get a blurred background on the sides so they fill the screen.
  • Runs up to 31 days. Each flyer is reviewed before it goes on the air.
